Real Estate Agent – Coaching, Systems & Warm Opportunities

Summary

Monumental Powered by PLACE is looking for new or recently licensed agents who want structure, accountability, and a clear path to production. This full-time, 100% commission role is based out of 3950 University Drive with partial remote flexibility. You will receive training, marketing support, and access to systems that let you focus on client conversations instead of building everything from scratch. Early-career agents on the team typically earn $40,000–$60,000 in year one, with uncapped potential as your production grows.

Responsibilities

• Attend onboarding and weekly coaching to learn Monumental’s buyer and seller playbooks.
• Work incoming inquiries and referrals through the CRM, responding quickly and professionally.
• Guide buyers through home tours, offer strategy calls, and contracts with senior-agent support.
• Support sellers with preparation checklists, vendor coordination, and showing feedback.
• Keep accurate notes and follow-up plans in the CRM.
• Participate in open houses and community events to meet future clients.

Qualifications

• Virginia real estate license (or in-progress) and desire to be full-time.
• Coachable mindset; willing to follow a proven process.
• Comfortable making phone calls and talking with new people daily.
• Reliable transportation throughout Fairfax County and North Arlington.
• Comfortable with commission-only compensation and variable income.
