Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Real Estate Department.

Job Responsibilities:

General office duties - filing, processing mail, correspondence, etc.
Prepare Real Estate packages for Real Estate Committee meetings
Review real estate deals for accuracy and required documentation
Assist with running proformas, when needed
Monitor construction criteria in Lucernex
Assist with site creation in Lucernex, when needed
Track all deal specific information for reporting purposes in/out of Lucernex
Request site evaluations, when needed
Work with Real Estate Services and Compliance Supervisor with daily Real Estate process and functionality
Fully cross-train in Real Estate Administration duties
Assist Real Estate Services and Compliance Supervisor and Real Estate Administrative Assistant with other projects and tasks, respectively
Assist Vice President of Real Estate and Real Estate Managers as needed

Education/Experience:

High school diploma required
Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Functional/Technical Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Comfortable with technology with a desire to expand this knowledge/skill
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
