This is a remote position.
• Manage and update client records, documents, and internal systems • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Support data entry, document processing, and file organization • Coordinate tasks across team members and departments • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all assignments
• Strong communication and organizational skills • Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, and online tools) • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Detail-oriented and dependable • Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate degree or higher is a plus but not required • 0–2 years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred • Familiarity with basic office tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks • Professional written and verbal communication skills
