We are a rapidly expanding fast-casual Japanese restaurant brand seeking a full-time real estate acquisitions manager. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Compensation:$115,000 - $130,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
Qualifications:- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to quickly build relationships with national and regional developers
- 3 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
- Negotiating and deal-making are your passions, and you are intrinsically motivated to succeed
- 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related experience highly desired
