Job Description: As a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring properties that meet our investment criteria. Your primary responsibility will be to talk to MOTIVATED SELLERS who reach out to you to sell their house, build relationships with them, negotiate favorable terms, and manage the acquisition process from start to finish. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers immense potential for professional and financial growth.
What will you do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
- Work warm, inbound leads and convert them into qualified appointments
- Meet with motivated sellers, assess and inspect properties, and take photos
- Create rough construction estimates to evaluate deals (training provided)
- Make offers to purchase and write up contracts
- Effectively negotiate deals and move properties to closing
- Build relationships throughout the market that could lead to future acquisition opportunities
- Maintain consistent lead follow-up until the prospect decides to sell or not
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of sellers' transactions from initial contact to contract to close
- Negotiate for sellers

- Dispositions Agents – daily
- Transaction Coordinator – daily
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- In-office position based in South Brunswick, NJ — required to report to our office (this is not a remote role)
- Must be located in New Jersey
- Valid driver's license required
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Track record of exceeding goals and delivering outstanding results
- Reliable phone and internet connection
