We are seeking a Reactor Operations Engineer to support the development, testing, and operation of next-generation energy systems. This role will focus on testing procedures, operational readiness, and coordination of complex engineering activities.
You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to support system testing, console operations, and hardware integration efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute system and reactor test procedures
- Coordinate testing activities across engineering teams
- Monitor instrumentation and system performance during testing
- Operate test consoles and support system diagnostics
- Assist with commissioning and operational readiness activities
- Maintain documentation for procedures and system operations
Qualifications
- Degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with system testing or operations environments
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced engineering environments
Preferred Experience
- Nuclear or advanced energy systems
- Control room operations
- Systems integration and testing
Compensation
$120,000 – $180,000 depending on experience.
