Reach Truck Operator Requirements

• Experience running reach lifts in warehouse aisles
• Skilled with tall racks and tight turns
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs safely and steadily
• Focused, safety-first mindset
• Steel-toes

Job Duties

• Operate a reach truck forklift to retrieve and store product in high rack locations
• Pick and pull customer orders using RF scanners or pick tickets
• Transport materials to staging, packing, or shipping areas
• Verify product accuracy (item, quantity, location) before staging
• Replenish pick locations as needed
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
• Maintain clean and organized aisles and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed

What You Will Do

As a Reach Truck Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.

A Reach Truck Operator helps maintain organized warehouse operations by safely transporting inventory using reach truck equipment. This role combines technical equipment operation with inventory accuracy and efficient material handling practices.

The Reach Truck Operator supports product storage, replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining safe warehouse procedures and organized inventory locations. Strong focus and attention to detail contribute to successful daily operations.
