Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour

Shift: 1st 6am-230pm, 2nd 230pm-11pm 3rd 11pm-730am

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Reach Truck Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.

A Reach Truck Operator helps maintain efficient warehouse operations by moving inventory safely between receiving, storage, and shipping areas using reach truck equipment. This role requires equipment proficiency, organization, and a commitment to workplace safety.

The Reach Truck Operator combines safe equipment operation with inventory management and warehouse procedures to support accurate product movement throughout the facility. Strong attention to detail helps ensure inventory remains properly organized.
