Reach Truck Operator

Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Weekends Off

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Joliet, IL. This role is responsible for operating a reach truck to move inventory, replenish stock, and pick customer orders while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity. Candidates with experience as a Reach Truck Operator, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, Order Picker, Warehouse Associate, or Shipping & Receiving Associate are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach truck throughout the warehouse
• Put away incoming inventory into designated storage locations
• Pick, stage, and replenish inventory accurately
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous reach truck experience required
• Warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
