REACH Coordinator-New River Valley Team ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)

The REACH Coordinator works with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs, their families, support providers, and community partners to enhance treatment and service outcomes. They serve as a key community education resource and coordinate admission into REACH services.

***$2,500 Sign-on Bonus***

Starting salary ranges from $50,700, depending on experience.

Education/Experience Required:

• Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Master's degree in a human services related field, and two years of relevant experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses.
• QMHP A and/or C certification required.
