The Reentry Programs Manager will coordinate and implement Reentry and other community programs at the Ravenswood library space, Queensboro Correctional Facility, and other locations in western Queens, working in collaboration with Programs & Services Department’s (PSD) Community Learning division.
The Reentry Programs Manager will design and implement programs and services, create program schedules, ensure promotion of the programs and services, assign responsibilities, and monitor the goals of the programs and services. The Reentry Programs Manager will ensure the collection and reporting of relevant and useful data. This position focuses on providing programs and services for incarcerated and formerly-incarcerated individuals and their loved ones. The Reentry Programs Manager will also respond to the needs of the local community and facilitate other programming, such as Teen or Adult Learning, that are informed by the needs and wants of the local community. This position will also conduct outreach and promotion locally, especially to local shelters. This position is a supervisory role to 1-2 reentry staff. Because this role includes work at the Queensboro Correctional Facility, maintaining “volunteer status” at the facility is a requirement. Performs other duties as assigned.

**The schedule for this position may include Saturdays and evenings as required. Will be required to regularly travel to and from library sites and other locations within the borough of Queens.**
