Job Title: Substation Foundation Foreman

Work Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week.
Position Purpose:
The Substation Foundation Foreman oversees and coordinates all on-site activities related to the construction, installation of electrical substations. This role ensures that work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, company standards, and industry regulations. The foreman supervises crews, manages materials and equipment, and ensures that project milestones and quality objectives are met.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle and feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions and around high-voltage electrical equipment. May require overtime, weekends, and travel depending on project demands as well as storm work. Must comply with all safety policies and use required protective equipment.
