Position Summary ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate and dedicated leader to serve as RBT Site Manager for our Work Crew Community Based Day Supports CBDS program. This role is more than just a job - its an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities by helping them build skills gain work experience and connect with their communities.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Participant Support Provide on-site clinical oversight of all program activities including work crew ADL training life skills workshops wellness and community outings. Provide 1:1 coaching for individuals with higher needs ensuring success in community and work settings. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times following risk management and emergency procedures. Support Day Counselors in implementing individualized support plans and behavior support plans. Lead and collaborate with the Day Counselor - Job Coach team to ensure smooth daily operations. Track participant information and complete required documentation.

RBT Responsibilities Guide Behavioral Support & Training - Coach train and support program staff in behavior plan implementation clinical protocols and best practices serving as a liaison with the clinical team and families. Ensure Clinical Quality & Data Integrity - Collect review and maintain accurate behavioral data and clinical documentation while supporting staff in proper data-collection practices. Support ISPs & Risk Management - Participate in ISP development assist with assessments and crisis planning and respond to behavioral incidents using approved interventions and reporting procedures. Maintain Ethical & Regulatory Compliance - Adhere to RBT ethical standards supervision and scope-of-practice requirements and ensure program operations meet all clinical regulatory and documentation expectations.

Qualifications

Required High school diploma or GED. RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days. Ability to maintain RBT ethics and supervision requirements. PABC MA First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain upon hire. Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass CORI and background checks.

Preferred Associates or bachelors degree in a related field. 2-3 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Experience in day program CBDS or community-based services. Familiarity with DDS regulations HSCIS documentation and data-based decision-making.

Compensation Details 19.57-24.93 hour 19.57-20.53 hr base 2.00 differential when MA P Certified 2.40 differential RBT
