    With a crew of experienced professionals and cutting-edge equipment, we take pride in providing top-tier service and keeping vehicles on the road. We’re currently looking for a Lead Automotive Technician to join our high-performing, fast-paced team and help us continue raising the bar.

    Compensation: 

    $80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience

    Job Summary:

    As our Lead Automotive Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert in diagnostics and repairs, leading by example and mentoring a team of skilled technicians. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and top-quality service in every job we do.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Performing advanced diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models
    • Leading and mentoring a team of technicians; assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
    • Collaborating with Service Advisors to build accurate estimates
    • Keeping up with evolving auto tech, tools, and safety standards
    • Maintaining clean and organized workspaces and repair documentation
    • Creating a great customer experience by clearly explaining services and repairs

     

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of automotive repair experience (diagnostic experience required)
    • Proven leadership/mentorship experience in a shop environment
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and engine systems
    • Proficient with diagnostic tools and shop software
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • ASE certifications are a plus
