The Raft Production Operator is responsible for assembling fabric patterns according to work instructions, drawings, etc. to create air holding devices. The Raft Production Operator will join seams of fabric together by applying adhesives, tapes, or heat seal. Hand tools or mechanical equipment are used during construction. This will include performing all duties outlined in the job instruction worksheet. This position will perform all duties outlined in the basic training checklist.

Job Requirements

• Performs tasks assigned by lead and production manager.
• Participates in training programs.
• Accurately reports all labor transactions.
• Supports and trains new employees as needed.
• Supports company goals and missions.
• Complies with all safety regulations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly area.
• Supports the continuous improvement goals of the company.
• Complies with all rules, regulations, and procedures of the company.
