Role Summary

We are seeking entrepreneurial, driven, highly energetic, collaborative, and results-oriented sales consultants to join a growing organization. In the Radiopharmaceutical Oncology Consultant role, your primary responsibility will be to generate demand and drive referrals within your assigned geography. This role requires a proactive approach to identify, engage, drive clinical adoption and influence key stakeholders—including Medical Oncologists, Hematology/Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and referral network.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of recent and relevant Sales or Market Access experience, preferably with a strong science background and a deep knowledge of oncology within radiopharmaceuticals, neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), and oncolytic rare disease. Strong HCP customer relationships and customer engagement access, highly preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams and flexibility to quickly adapt to change.
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationships, identify solutions, and align approved resources to maximize business potential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Proficient with Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and CRM technology.
  • Demonstrates initiative, creativity, a curious and inquisitive mindset, and thrives in an environment that empowers you to lead territory performance, engage in patient-finding, and navigate a complex, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically (drive a vehicle or fly on a commercial airline) for customer engagements, key conferences, and internal company meetings, as needed.
  • A fully valid and unrestricted state driver’s license is required. Ability to drive to customer locations is mandatory, and maintaining a license in good standing with safe driving practices is required.
  • It is essential to reside within the assigned geography or adjacent to the territory assigned (within 100 miles driving distance).

Education:
