The Guest Services Attendant serves as a front-line ambassador within the hospital, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting patient safety, communication, and operational flow. This role ensures a welcoming and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff, while also supporting administrative and communication functions including inbound call handling, coordination with radiology teams, and monitoring operational workflows.
Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations.
Support evolving business needs by completing other tasks as assigned, attending required meetings and training, and maintaining schedule flexibility.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this role, along with maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period. Candidates must also pass and maintain a clean background check. No special certifications are necessary for this position.
The work environment for this role includes both indoor and outdoor, requiring collaboration with teams, vendors, and clients on-site and in corporate environments. Associates may frequently use computers, communicate via phone, and perform duties in or around corporate office settings.
Requirements may include extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and the ability to lift moderate weights when necessary. Specific vision abilitiesclose, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustmentsmay be required to ensure on-site awareness and safety.
Employees may be required to use personal cell phones for work-related communication, including coordination with team members, managers, and clients, as well as accessing work applications. Reimbursement for work-related phone usage will follow company policy.

This is a non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and as such, employees in this role are entitled to receive overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek at the rate of one and one-half times the regular hourly rate. Hourly rates will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage in your work location.
