**About the Role**
You'll provide high-quality X-ray imaging in a fast-paced family practice clinic, supporting providers and caring for patients of all ages. This position is ideal for Rad Techs who enjoy variety, teamwork, and staying sharp clinically.
**What You'll Do**
+ Perform standard X-ray exams
+ Prepare and support exam rooms for daily imaging needs
+ Review patient history and prior imaging to support accurate exams
+ Educate patients before and after procedures
+ Apply safe radiation and infection-control practices
+ Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
**What We're Looking For**
+ Graduate of an **accredited Radiologic Technology program**
+ **ARRT (Radiography)** certification
+ **Washington State Radiology Technologist license**
+ **Basic Life Support (BLS)** upon hire
+ At least 1 year of experience preferred, but **new grads are encouraged to apply.**
+ Comfortable working in a **busy, fast-moving clinic**
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
**Pay & Benefits**
+ **Pay range: $40.11 - $60.17 per hour** (based on experience and other factors)
