Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations according to physician orders and department protocols.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment while adhering to radiation safety standards.
- Accurately document procedures and patient information in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Current ARRT (R) certification.
- Active state license as required.
- BLS certification.
- Venipuncture certification.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment.
