    Job Title: CT Technologist – Radiologic Technologist (Computed Tomography)
    Location: Rochester, MI 48307
    Duration: 13 Weeks
    Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
    Schedule Requirement: Every Other Weekend Required

    Job Summary
    Under general supervision, the CT Technologist performs computerized tomography (CT) imaging procedures and may also assist with general diagnostic radiology examinations. The technologist is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to radiation protection standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and position patients for CT examinations while explaining procedures clearly.
    • Operate CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
    • Administer IV contrast media using power injectors and monitor patients for reactions.
    • Assist Radiologists during advanced sterile diagnostic procedures, including biopsies.
    • Maintain and stock imaging rooms, sterile supplies, and equipment.
    • Ensure proper radiation safety practices using ALARA principles.

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Current BLS certification required.
    • ARRT certification required.
    • Advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or CT registry-eligible required.
