The program has the patient volume to support growth, and the current physician plans to remain full-time alongside the incoming physicianensuring a smooth transition and collegial partnership.

Compensation and benefits:
• $573,000+ base salary guarantee, higher for more experience
• wRVU (regional median)
• Up to 6% performance incentive once on RVU model
• Large recruitment incentive (negotiable)
• 6 weeks paid time off
• CME allowance plus 1 week off
