We are seeking a dedicated Rad Tech-Cath/IR to become an essential part of our multidisciplinary team, operating cutting-edge cardiac and fluoroscopy equipment to deliver top-tier diagnostic and interventional services. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in a fast-paced, supportive setting where your skills directly impact patient outcomes and safety.

Required Skills:
  • Associate degree in radiologic sciences (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an allied health professional in a similar role
  • Current certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and state licensure
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, imaging software, and digital archiving (PACS)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform complex, potentially hazardous tasks with precision and safety in mind
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local radiation safety regulations

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures on fluoroscopy equipment
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and in high-stress environments
  • Additional certifications or training in advanced imaging techniques or interventional procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences or related field
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience specifically in cardiac catheterization or interventional radiology settings

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including 24/7 on-call availability, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform medium work, including lifting 20-50 pounds and sustained standing or walking
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations, including radiation safety and infection control protocols
  • Willingness to travel or receive reimbursements for travel-related expenses if applicable
