Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to support project teams by managing document versions, accuracy, and accessibility across all departments. The Document Control Specialist will manage document lifecycles, maintain version control, and coordinate updates to support project delivery, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional communication. This position is 100% onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and control documents and records within the document control system.
  • Be familiar with and effectively use systems such as Agile PLM and QAD.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Support ECO processing, document revisions, release activities, and archival of obsolete documents.
  • Ensure documents are accurate, updated, and distributed according to company procedures and quality system requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and other departments regarding document updates and change control activities.
  • Issue, monitor and implement ECO/MCO, in Agile and QAD
Requirements:
Education/Qualification
  • College degree Business Administration
Experience
  • 5+ years in similar position
  • 3+ years working in electronic manufacturing industry

  • Skilled in version control, revision tracking, and audit trails
  • Experienced in workflow routing and approval process management
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and compliance requirements
  • Advanced MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Able to generate document logs, registers, and status reports.
  • Strong understanding of access control and document security
  • Familiar with engineering, construction, or manufacturing documentation
  • Handles clerical duties such as faxes, filing, copies, product tracking, update time cards and.. etc.

The expected pay rate for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 depending on specific skills and work experience.
