We are seeking amotivated and detail-oriented R&D Laboratory Technician to supportour research and development team. The technician will play a critical role inmaintaining laboratory operations and assisting scientists with thepreparation, fabrication, and assembly of electrochemical components and testcells. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and committed tomaintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support R&D activities through slurry preparation, electrode manufacturing, and electrochemical cell assembly following established procedures and quality requirements.
Accurately document laboratory activities, material usage, and process data while ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and quality protocols.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment, including workspace organization, and adherence to laboratory safety standards.
Manage laboratory inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking materials and consumables, receiving supplies, and maintaining organized storage areas.
Requirements:
Practical experience working in a chemistry lab, including handling chemicals and following safety protocols.
Experience working with batteries, electrochemical systems, coatings, or material processing.
Strong ability to work in an organized, detail-oriented, and methodical manner, strictly following detailed protocols.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively within an R&D environment.
Self-learning capabilities and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) to follow technical documentation and communicate findings effectively - advantage.
