We are seeking an R&D HW Technician to support our office in Roseville, California. As an Electrical R&D Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting new product development within the HPE R&D Networking lab. Primarily responsible for designing, constructing, reworking, and testing prototype equipment for electrical systems and components, consistent with engineering and other applicable specifications. Participate with engineering and other applicable specifications. The ability to rework and repair SMT PCAs using Metcal and Air pencil tools or similar tool. Setup, run and monitor environment and regulatory system tests. Help write basic test plans. Develop and improve technician processes and techniques. Work with both co-located and remote teams. Education and Experience Required: 4 years of relevant technician experience. Typically an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and 6 years of experience.
