# Position Summary
This role leads the design and delivery of scalable, reliable agentic workflow systems that connect intelligent decision-making with real-world operational actions. You will architect reusable automation platforms, enable safe testing and simulation, and partner with Global Tech to ensure production-ready, enterprise-grade solutions.
# What Youll Do
- Architect, design, and implement multi-step, multi-agent workflows with built-in state management, retries, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Build and maintain reference workflows and testing environments for development, simulation, and replay.
- Architect secure, high-performance, and scalable distributed systems aligned to business objectives.
- Develop tools for scenario testing, failure modeling, and workflow explainability.
- Establish reusable patterns, standards, and best practices for agent orchestration and automation.
- Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, conducting research to identify emerging tools and methodologies.
- Partner with Global Tech, Product, UX, QA, and DevOps to ensure production readiness, monitoring, and governance.
- Lead technical documentation, readiness reviews, and handoffs as systems transition to long-term ownership.
# What Youll Bring
- 10+ years of experience designing and operating large-scale, distributed, event-driven systems.
- Proven expertise in building complex workflow orchestration or agent-based platforms with state management, resilience, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Deep system design and architecture skills with a track record of delivering secure, high-performance, and highly available platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with API platforms, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Demonstrated ability to design testable, explainable, and auditable systems using simulation, replay, and failure modeling techniques.
- Experience establishing reusable technical patterns, governance models, and engineering standards across multiple teams.
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and influence cross-functional partners.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with experience leading technical reviews, readiness assessments, and production handoffs.
- Curiosity and growth mindset with a history of researching, evaluating, and applying emerging technologies to real-world systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Stock.
