- No prior experience needed, however previous experience in admin is encouraged
- Associates degree or higher
- Put together pricing packages of our various products
- Offer alternatives of our products to products provided by other suppliers
- Work with our engineering team to accommodate custom requests as much as possible
- Follow up on existing quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and help lead to the closure of orders
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with reps regarding their customer's requests
- Research and gather photos of completed projects
The quotes specialist works within a sales team and prepares quotes and prices for our architectural lighting products and accessories. This position requires frequent contact/communication via email and phone with our reps around the country to ensure accurate pricing and client satisfaction. The quoter is the first step to acquiring projects with our reps' clients and is imperative for positive outcomes and company growth.
