Reports to the QSR General Manager and supervises staff such as service leads, baristas, and sales associates.
Collaborates on management tasks, monitors budgets, and ensures guest experience standards are met.
Handles staff scheduling, payroll, hiring, training, motivation, evaluations, and terminations.
Addresses employee and guest incidents, and manages food, beverage, supplies, and equipment orders.
Supervises cleaning and maintenance to meet health standards, arranging repairs as needed.
Communicates daily shift notes to the General Manager and performs additional duties as assigned.
