Job Description

 

This is a Dual Posting linked with Job ID 58825 and 1 total position will be hired. We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant for an exciting opportunity at Mizzou Quick Care Clinics in the Columbia, MO area. This role allows you to work independently while being supported by the University of Missouri Health Care (UMHC) Department of Family & Community Medicine.

 

Position Highlights:

• Work Environment: Staff a busy acute care clinic located within a retail grocery store. • Patient Care: Conduct physical assessments, perform and interpret diagnostic tests, treat common conditions, and prescribe medications for patients aged 24 months and older. • Technology: Benefit from fully integrated medical records and paperless e-prescribing systems.

 

Shift

 

Clinic Hours: • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM • Weekends & Most Holidays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Physicians Assistant (PA) licensure by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Master's degree from an AMA accredited Physician Assistant program. Possession of a current license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Missouri and certification from NCCPA is required.

 

Anticipated Hiring Range

 

Salary Range: $90,252 - $105,000 annually Grade: PAT - 012 University Title: PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT Internal applicants can determine their university title by accessing the Talent Profile tile in myHR.
