Job Title: Quality Test Technician
Location: Holdrege, NE
Pay: $17.50/hour (increase upon hire-on)
Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Thursday, 6: 00 AM 4: 45 PM
Overtime: Fridays as needed

Position Overview
We are hiring a detail-oriented Quality Test Technician to support production by ensuring finished products meet established quality standards. This role plays a key part in monitoring processes, identifying defects and helping drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily adherence to quality standards and procedures
Perform audits of finished products
Identify and investigate root causes of assembly defects
Initiate and support corrective action processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
Assist in maintaining and improving quality control processes
Complete documentation and reports accurately
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work with a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
Light to moderate physical activity
Occasional lifting up to 25 50 pounds
Frequent bending, reaching and movement throughout shift
Ability to stand and/or move for 8 12 hour shifts
Work Environment
Steel-toe boots required
Manufacturing setting with generally good working conditions
