OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned Quality Test Engineer with expertise in MS Dynamics CRM and a strong background in both manual and automation testing.The role involves requirement gathering, test planning, execution, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthplan systems and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesGather requirements and create user stories based on business needs.Develop test plans and test cases for feature stories.Prepare test data to support test case execution.Execute functional testing based on defined acceptance criteria.Log defects in the defect management system and participate in defect review meetings with the Scrum Master and Product Manager.Collaborate with development and technical teams to resolve issues identified during testing.Participate in daily SCRUM meetings to provide status updates and discuss new work packets.Required QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of QA experience, preferably in Healthplan systems and MS Dynamics CRM.5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience working in agile environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
