Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
This position will greatly help manage and disposition Process Change Notifications and Deviations. It is a critical role and the catalyst to gathering cross functional teams together to resolve issues. It is a time sensitive role to mitigate the production downtime risk due to quality issues. It will greatly improve the morale of team via reducing the overload of work from others in this role.

Typical task breakdown:

Review rejects from both incoming quality inspection and production floor.
Investigate critical quality issues, create problem statements and communicate to the cross-functional team.
Manage and coordinate the containment activities (sorting/rework) to minimize the impact on production operations due to quality issues.
Support problem solving and continuous improvement projects.
Coordinate the disposition of Process Change Notifications and Deviations.

Education & Experience Required:

Years of experience: 2-4 years in the manufacturing industry.
Degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $36.00 - $37.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
