12-Hour Day & Night Shifts: Days 6:30AM – 6:30PM | Nights 6:30PM – 6:30AM (Continental rotating 2-2-3 schedule for built-in work/life balance)
Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime opportunities

What You'll Do as a Quality Technician:
Inspect in-process and finished products on the production floor to ensure quality standards are met
Perform basic product testing and accurately document results
Complete quality records, reports, and nonconformance documentation
Partner with production teams to identify and address quality concerns
Assist with internal audits and support continuous improvement efforts
Communicate findings clearly to supervisors and team members
Help train operators on quality expectations once fully trained
Maintain organized documentation and follow all quality procedures
Support additional quality or production tasks as needed
Skills and Experience
6 months to 1 year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently after training while staying team-focused
Positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Experience with quality systems or manufacturing specifications (such as EtQ) is a plus
Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
Reliable attendance and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
