Qualifications and Education Requirements
Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related field preferred
Hands-on experience in manufacturing or quality inspection
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, GMP, or similar) is a plus
