Quality Technician | Mason, MI

Salary Range: $39,000 - $62,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Mason that are seeking skilled Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
  • Calibrate and maintain quality control measuring equipment.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
  • Support production teams in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
  • Proficient in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
