We are seeking a Quality & Reliability Lab Technician to support quality assurance efforts for integrated circuit products. This role partners closely with Reliability, Design, and Development Engineers to execute accelerated stress testing and validate product durability for production and recall units.
Key Responsibilities
Support reliability qualification testing including ESD, HTOL, Temperature Cycling, HAST, and related standards
Configure, operate, and maintain environmental test systems and Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
Perform technical rework including BGA re-balling, RMA lead rework, and assembly of test fixtures or evaluation boards
Maintain accurate reliability data, track quality records, and support timely reporting of test results
Assist with equipment calibration and ensure compliance with industry standards
Contribute to process improvements that enhance product reliability, yield, and lab efficiency
Associates Degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field
2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or reliability lab environments
Hands-on experience with reliability testing, MSL reflow, and electrical test equipment
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently
Knowledge of ESD protocols; cleanroom experience preferred
