responsibilities:
- Investigate customer notifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct receiving and in-process inspections using measurement tools to verify product conformity and accurately document all findings or non-conformances.
- Support the Baba Project through all phases by monitoring quality activities, collaborating on process improvements, and ensuring strict compliance with standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records and guarantee timely communication with customers and internal departments regarding notification statuses and quality reports.
