Requirements and Skills: Proven experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry, preferably in elastomer fabrication.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with various departments.
Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Responsibilities: Customer Complaint Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues. Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Non-Conforming Material Handling: Identify and segregate non-conforming materials. Work with the production team to prevent recurrence and coordinate with suppliers for return or replacement as necessary.
Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing process, from incoming raw material to finished product. Use inspection tools and follow quality standards to ensure compliance.

40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, 8am – 4:30pm, with ½ hour lunch.
Rate of pay is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experiences
The Manufacturing Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality of all products and processes in our elastomer fabrication factory. This includes managing non-conforming materials, handling customer complaints and conducting inspections.
