Legacy Staffing is partnering with a leading precision manufacturing company in Hudson, Ohio to hire motivated Quality Technicians. This is a first shift, weekend schedule working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (12 hour shifts — 36 hours worked, paid for 40) with a pay range of $20-25/hour based on experience and skill level. This role is responsible for inspecting manufactured parts and ensuring products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections, testing, and audits of manufactured parts
- Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Document inspection results and prepare quality reports
- Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Manufacturing or fastener industry experience is preferred
