Pay: $27-28

Overview:
This role sits at the intersection of manufacturing quality, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.

You’ll own the end-to-end quality feedback loop—from identifying ATM out-of-box failures to driving corrective actions that improve product performance before it reaches the customer.

Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, field performance, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:
Own Quality Performance & Customer Impact:
  • Manage and resolve Out-of-Box Failures (OBF) and customer-reported issues.
  • Investigate root causes with manufacturing, staging, and deployment teams.
  • Ensure fast, closed-loop resolution to prevent repeat issues.

Drive Data-Backed Quality Improvements:
  • Analyze quality trends, failure patterns, and operational gaps.
  • Maintain and manage quality databases and reporting systems.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and prioritized improvements.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain hardware and software test platforms for ATM test systems.
  • Design and execute automated and manual tests for system validation and verification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze test results and generate reports to support engineering decisions.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, test records, and procedures.

Strengthen Process & Build Quality:
  • Promote adherence to manufacturing and staging quality processes.
  • Ensure documentation, workflows, and testing protocols meet standards.
  • Identify breakdowns and implement process corrections at scale.

Partner Cross-Functionally:
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Services, Field Deployment, and Customer Fulfillment.
  • Act as a quality advocate, influencing teams to adopt better practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support where needed.

Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
  • Define and present quality metrics and performance KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product reliability and customer experience.
  • Support Lean / Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Reduction in repeat quality issues and OBF incidents.
  • Faster resolution cycles for customer complaints.
  • Improved manufacturing and staging compliance.
  • Measurable improvements in product quality metrics.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years experience in quality, manufacturing, or technical operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel strongly preferred).

Requirement:
Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment, following standard operating procedures, adhering to safety and quality guidelines, and supporting production and test activities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Technical or Engineering-related field preferred).
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Basic knowledge or academic exposure to test and system engineering concepts, with an interest in test automation, and system validation.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Background in hardware, electronics, or manufacturing environments.

Why This Role Stands Out:
  • Direct impact on customer experience and product performance.
  • High visibility across multiple business functions.
  • Opportunity to develop analytics, quality, and operational leadership skills.
  • Blend of hands-on problem solving + strategic improvement work.
