Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire.


Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour


Duties:


+ Sets up and starts all machines, checking all controls for adherence to mixing/blending procedures.

+ Complies with all safety policies and procedures.

+ Demonstrates teamwork in all phases of operation.

+ Weighs ingredients to meet recipe specifications and inserts into machinery.

+ Experienced and capable of working in both food-grade and Industrial operations.

+ Troubleshoots equipment and processing issues.

+ Examines materials visually to ensure conformance to established standards.

+ Operates machinery to mix, discharge, or handle materials according to operating procedures.

Position Requirements:

Required Skill:


+ Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English; read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and product recipes/materials.

+ Must have mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and to apply these skills to weights, measures of volume, and distance.

+ Must effectively communicate in writing and verbally in English.

+ Competency in computer and PC software including email, internet, and MS Office.

+ Must have manual dexterity for hand tools of various types.

+ Must be able to drive a forklift.

+ Must have problem-solving skills and some mechanical aptitude.


Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 60 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.00 - $21.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
