    • Review certifications, material traceability, special process documentation, test reports, and supplier documentation for completeness and compliance.
    • Identify missing documentation or nonconformances that could delay FAI approval and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
    • Maintain FAI records and documentation in accordance with customer, regulatory, and internal record retention requirements.
    • Support engineering change validations, partial FAIs, delta FAIs, and repeat FAIs as required.
    • Track FAI status and communicate priorities to ensure timely completion while supporting customer delivery commitments.

    Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

    • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certificate in electronics, quality, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on quality inspection experience in electronic manufacturing or PCB assembly environments.
    • Experience using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, and other inspection equipment as applicable.
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
