Reeb Millwork an SBP Brand is currently looking for Quality Technician to join our VALUES based organization. We seek to serve people first, and we operate according to a moral compass aimed at doing what is right even when it is hard.

  • Match unit to label to ensure quality standards (jam width, hinge type, bore specifications, correct insert and/or sill)
  • Thorough understanding of Work Order tickets & the ability to read and interpret Shop drawings and templates
  • Identify cause of errors, problems and/or defects
  • Mark items for acceptance or rejection (products and/or materials not meeting specifications)
  • Conceal blemishes in work pieces, such as nicks and dents and make minor repairs
  • Discuss validation results with those responsible for products and recommend corrective actions
  • Notify supervisors of production problems and assist in identifying corrective action
  • Assist in recommending and developing solutions to address quality concerns and to enhance quality/productivity
  • Ability to learn and utilize DMAIC, Lean & Six Sigma tools in role
  • Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards
  • Assure proper housekeeping and organization
  • Abide by proper standard of work procedures and safety standards when operating hand tools and other machines or tools
  • Other duties as assigned

Starting Pay $18/Hr. based on experience.
