We’re hiring a Quality Technician to support inspection, compliance, and continuous improvement across our shop floor.

Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4-day work week) 
  • Optional Overtime: Fridays based on workload 
  • Location: Groveland, MA 
  • Status: Full-time, on-site 

Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspections on precision aerospace components 
  • Operate CMM equipment to verify complex geometries and tight tolerances 
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications 
  • Use inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators 
  • Document inspection results clearly and accurately per AS9100 requirements 
  • Identify nonconformances and support corrective action processes 
  • Work closely with machinists and engineering to ensure quality at the source 
  • Support first article inspections (FAI), audits, and quality system initiatives 

Preferred Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in quality inspection within precision manufacturing (aerospace preferred) 
  • Hands on experience with CMM operation (PC-DMIS or similar software preferred) 
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T 
  • Familiarity with AS9100 / aerospace quality standards 
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline 
  • Ability to communicate effectively across production and quality teams
