Job Titles: Quality Systems Specialist IIILocation: Santa Monica, CA 90404 Duration: 6 monthsPayrate: $55/hr - $69/hr on W2
Part-time: Averaging about 10-15 hours per week. Peak periods can increase to 20-25 hours. Key Responsibilities:- Compiling data in support of Quarterly Executive Management Review
- Developing PowerPoint presentation with input from global business owners
- Collaborating to complete deliverables with global Quality Teams
- Reviewing Quality System reports in Veeva QMS and associated dashboards to support data presentation to executives
- Provide general support of QMS processes as needed (Deviation, CAPA, Document Control, Change Control)
Requirements:- 5+ Years experience in Quality Systems and Management Review
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Powerpoint and Veeva QMS experience required
- Ability to Manage outputs from cross functional contributors
- Document Control experience a plus
