Job Title: Quality Systems Specialist - IIILocation: Santa Monica, CA 90404 (Remote)Contract Duration: 5 months (Possible Extension)Pay Rate Range: $60.00/hr. to $68.81/hr. on W2Work Authorization: Only USC or GCAveraging about 10-15 hours per week. Peak periods can increase to 20-25 hours. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DOResponsibilities:- Compiling data in support of Quarterly Executive Management Review
- Developing PowerPoint presentation with input from global business owners
- Collaborating to complete deliverables with global Quality Teams
- Reviewing Quality System reports in Veeva QMS and associated dashboards to support data presentation to executives
- Provide general support of QMS processes as needed (Deviation, CAPA, Document Control, Change Control)
Requirements:- 5+ Years experience in Quality Systems and Management Review
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong Presentation Skills
- PowerPoint and Veeva QMS experience required
- Ability to Manage outputs from cross functional contributors
- Document Control experience a plus
