Responsibilities include scaling and maturing the QMS for multi-site growth, preparing for audits, integrating automated eQMS solutions, monitoring CAPAs, strengthening risk management, embedding quality into product lifecycle, conducting internal audits, promoting continuous improvement, and defining enterprise quality metrics.
Requirements include deep knowledge of AS9100 Rev D, experience leading multi-site compliance, audit strategy expertise, data-driven improvement skills, and strong communication abilities. Certifications like ISO Auditor or Six Sigma are preferred.
Physical demands involve movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating standard equipment. The work environment is a mix of office and manufacturing settings, with occasional travel and PPE use.
