Preferred candidates will have bachelor's degree in nursing or allied health field, expertise in value-based reimbursement quality programs (ex. MACRA/MIPS; IQR; HEDIS; STARS), experience with clinical process improvement, demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary work groups, customer service mindset, and a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
