Quality Control SupervisorLead and oversee all quality control activities on site, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements and regulatory expectations. Manage, coach and support a team of quality inspectors to deliver accurate, timely inspections and consistent results. Develop, implement and continuously improve quality control procedures, SOPs and work instructions. Conduct process and internal audits, identify gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions. Analyse quality data, non-conformances and customer feedback to identify trends and reduce defects. Partner with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues using structured root cause analysis. Provide technical guidance and support on quality-related concerns across the business. Lead supplier quality initiatives, including audits, performance metrics and continuous improvement efforts. Maintain accurate quality documentation and records. Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence.You'll be joining a well-established manufacturing organisation with a strong reputation for technical capability, innovation and reliability. They will have a strong working knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards. They will also have proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment. Solid problem-solving skills with experience using SPC, root cause analysis and corrective action tools are required. Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong commitment to safety, housekeeping and best-practice working standards. High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.Competitive total compensation package.
