Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor is a visible leadership and development role. This individual is responsible for supporting the quality programs in the warehouse and will report to the site General Manager. This role supports local continuous improvement activities, document controls, and ISO activities. He/she will also ensure that the operation adheres to the overall corporate mission, vision, and core values while consistently meeting client and company expectations.

Essential duties and responsibilities include maintaining compliance to international, industry and customer-specific quality standards, leading and performing analysis of product/service issues to determine root causes, managing and communicating change control processes, coordinating internal and external auditing, assisting in implementation and monitoring of the company quality systems, providing guidance and support for both customer service and quality departments, managing customer driven continual improvement roadmaps, driving continuous improvement programs, developing and conducting training on the quality system, overseeing document control, developing and implementing administrative systems, identifying cost improvement initiatives, developing and managing a system of controls to ensure that service levels and operational performance goals are met within prescribed cost, revenue, and profit parameters, monitoring KPIs for assigned operation.
